Chance The Rapper Pledges $1 Million to Chicago Mental Health Services

Today was the second annual summit for Social Works, a non profit organization created by chance him self in 2016. Chance has made headlines in the past pledging $1 Million dollars to Chicago Public Schools on several occasions, but it appears he has plenty more tricks up his sleeve. Chance announced today that he’s donating $1 Million more to Chicago Mental heath Services, which makes my heart warm. Chance is an incredible human and theCity of Chicago is so incredibly lucky to have him. The organization also announced a new initiative, called My State of Mind, that will focus on improving mental health resources in Cook County, Illinois.
