Watch Chance The Rapper Perform on SNL

As you’ve probably already heard, Chance The Rapper returned to both host and perform as the musical guest on SNL this week. It’s a pretty honorable feat, considering it’s only been done a handful of times int he show’s 44 seasons on air. The show was great, and Chance was charming as hell in the show’s sketches, but the most important part was his show of support for the Chicago Public School teachers who are still on strike. It’s always great to see Chance make a difference with the spotlight that he has earned. I have so much respect for this dude. And while this is a music blog, it’s worth noting that his musical performances were also fire. He performed “Handsome” with Megan Thee Stallion, as well as “Zanies and Fools”, and both were really really great. Check out both performances as well as his monologue below!
