Paramore Live @ Huntington Bank Pavilion [PHOTOS]

Paramore brought their After Laughter Summer Tour (tour 5) to Chicago (finally) earlier this week, and it was a definite summer highlight. Considering After Laughter came out almost exactly a year ago (and was basically the soundtrack to summer '17), Starting off this summer with a Paramore gig just felt right. It was nostalgic of times just a year ago, but that also speaks to the success and longevity of this record. They killed it with AL. They know they did. It's kind of an instant classic and seeing most of the songs performed live after sitting with this record for a year really felt like something special. Being the same age as the band members and going through similar experiences as described on this record made the night all that much more special. It was basically a few thousand people who have similar things going on in their lives, experiencing a show something together that was equal parts relatable and cathartic. Or maybe some just came out to see an excellent rock show. Either way, Paramore delivered. It was definitely a night to remember. Luckily enough, we were on hand to snap a few photos.
